SeaWorld Halloween is included in the price of admission. Every weekend in October is a chance for trick or treat. Costume characters, dancing, and a show with Sesame characters brings a smile to my face every year. IT is fun. New things are added while some things are taken away.

A new zone for dancing called Penelope’s Party Zone at Bayside Area with a DJ, bubbles, hula hoops, Mermaids for Photos, Shamu for Photos, Pumpkin queen telling a story. If all that is not enough, there are Sand Art Sculptures for you to make and take home. Apples dipped and decorated by you.

The candy stations are spread out throughout the Underwater Fantasea Path with Trick or Treat Bags provided. Don’t miss the Countdown to Halloween Show at SeaPort Theatre with singing, dancing, and fun spooky characters along with the Sesame Characters.

Halloween Spooktacular starts about noon until dark. Check SeaWorld website for hours and prices. Orlando has different and some same activities as their other parks. The old dance area was the Arctic Zone but Penelope’s Part Zone offers much more room and shade. The Arctic Zone has Costume Characters for pictures or photos with you and your children. A special Shamu Rocks is a late show at Shamu Stadium and the lovely Shamu Happy Harbor has great rides for kids. Don’t forget you can dress up for Halloween and enjoy this opportunity for a safe and fun Halloween celebration.

Ticket prices vary and with a little bit of searching, the right one for you can be found for you and your family. There are many combinations to get you a lower price than one day, just search for them. One day visits allow for a return visit within seven days. Check the SeaWorld sites for San Antonio and San Diego to see the hours and times for Halloween activities and shows.

Past Halloweens are featured in a posting on my Digital Photography site with pictures of past events and my love of Halloween is shown through my words and picture. I love October Halloween celebrations and look for them everywhere. Search your own cities to find out what is planned. Corn mazes, hay rides, Old Town, or other activities are a fun way to enjoy the season.
