Great Place for variety of activities year round. Special this year is Trick or Treat for Halloween which is a great alternative to Disney Downtown Halloween cancelled this year. I will be visiting Old Town to check out their Halloween. Kids can dress up and trick or treat for the last three nights of October. This weekend and next there are special activities for Halloween Featuring The Haunted Grimm House with Haunt Zones and Live Entertainment. Character meet and greets with live shows will be an additive to the evening.

This pass summer I went by Old Town to see their new Zip line, rock climbing Wall, and Ropes course. Midway Rides, a short zip line, rock climbing wall and a Great ropes course for further entertainment. There are great shops along the pathway to browse or shop.

The ropes course is wonderful with a harness to make sure you are safe. Moving the line along with you as you climb higher and higher is certainly a challenge while being fun to navigate. Everyone I saw navigate the course was smiling. Check it out.

These add another level of fun for kids, teens, and adults. The midway rides at the back of the Town are great for those who love the State Fairs and want to ride. The rides include a roller coaster, whirling ride, carousel, and many other rides for all ages.

I went back on another night to see the Classic Car Cruise, listen to some tunes and see how the place was at night. It was hopping. The cars line up on the outer side of the town where you can walk and see the engines and take pictures. Later in the evening they cruise down the main drag for all to watch. This is a wonderful time of year to go and do it all.

My favorite Restaurant is Kool Katz for their Patty Melt.  Best Patty Melt with Onions Kool Katz Grill and Pub They open at 5pm and have a variety of food. Saturday’s they are open at noon.

They are closest to Rt 192 (street) Close to the Ferris Wheel. Make sure to stop here for a meal and continue your evening taking in all the music and fine shops, costumes, and other oddities. For those who like minerals there is a nice shop with lots of choices.
