Island nights at Adventure Island Water Park run from June 9 to August 13. Go early in the season and go often before the steamy nights set in. Nights will be late every night for the Water park while the Island Nights are again Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 5 to 9pm. This is a great way to have a mini vacation and feel tropical amongst the Tampa city life.
Hula Dancers, fire performers, with live music at a central location, and wonderful DJ to give the imagination a chance to escape with the sights and sounds of the Islands. Games with the kids. Involvement with the dancers.
Stilt walkers, steel drums band strolling throughout the park will enhance the atmosphere as you sit, lay, or soak.
Food, of course there is food. Coconut shrimp and conch fritters with frozen drinks transport you to Islands without the airfare.
Finding a place to sit and jumping in the pools of water steaming from the summer sun allows anyone a chance to escape.
The water slides and other fun water activities are every night this summer.
Adventure Island is 30 acres of water fun with tropical surroundings. Rides are for all ages or just lay on the beach.
Shop or drop, the choice is yours. Drift along the Rambling Bayou.
Eat, drink, and be merry!
Exotic Birds along with beautiful plants and decorum to immerse you into an Island treat make this a fun evening after spending the day working.
Escape to the outdoors, water, music, dancing, games, did I say water rides?, fun, food, and be mesmerized by the performers.
My plans this year are to get there in June and not wait until the last day in August.
Love the music, the dancers and the feeling like I have been on a vacation even if it just one night.

Wow, looks like a fun party in the day and Fire Eaters in the day too. Sometimes Parks need to really impress crowds as there are so many competing each other these days. With that being said, I’ve been to 6-Flags in LA 5 times and never to Florida.

This is a great waterpark. I love that they are doing the fire eating and hula dancers. That gives it a cool island feel.

It is cool they do amazing things with the water park and bringing more to the theme park to enhance a visitors experience. I really enjoyed going even though is ‘put on’ it does give you a nice feeling of being away from the outside noise.
