Travel Tips: Chain Restaurants with rewards are a good investment
Friday’s Give me more stripes has helped my eating out budget while enjoying good meals. First you sign up for account. Free deserts or free appetizers if you do their surveys and points. Make sure they add in your points each trip and before you know it – free meal.
This particular meal I was enjoying a free meal, Parmesan-Crusted Crab Flounder, which I love with only 100 points. Think 10 points = about a dollar. This meal normally costs about $12 so I was using my points wisely. This is a great portion of flounder. It was very tasty and delicious too.

I think it really depends on the restaurant where you eat. This one is right near SeaWorld Marriott and Fairfield Suites at intersection of Central Florida Parkway and International drive. The one I visit the managers and staff are always friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. Facebook page for this T.G.I. Friday’s
Some Restaurants in other locations are great and some Not So Much. Sometime I save up my points for a Steak meal or I use 80 points and get their California Club because I like it.
I like substituting a side salad for rice or mashed potatoes but forgot on this meal. The salad is a great addition and healthy. I am sure you will find your favorites too. One thing the Stripes do is make me do variety or I would eat the same thing all the time.
