My favorite time of year are the Spring concerts. Screaming for beads always makes me feel better because it lets any excess steam just flow. The floats are really creative with glitter, colors and themes of Earth with four new floats each year. New Floats called Polar, Swamps and Bayous, Rain Forest and Deep Blue Sea. When the Alligator arrives we know the parade is over.

Firehouse subs are delicious. Go on your Birthday, show your id and you can get an 8 inch sub. They only give the Birthday sub on your actual birthday. Thankfully the other offers allow you from three days to a whole month to schedule your time for your Free meal. Makes it easy to extend the celebration for several weeks. Fun. Exciting, Celebratory. Special.
